Our deep-freezing processing plant was established in 2016. We adhere to “strict selection of ingredients, direct delivery from fisheries,” so we have fully adopted Japanese procedure such as process consistency and maintaining -60 °C ultra-low temperature freezing from the fisheries to the processing, storage and logistics in order to keep the products fresh.

With our own processing plant, we not only can regulate the supply and demand in the market, but also can show our clients that, Taiwan, as the biggest tuna fishing country, has professional technique to meet the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) requirements and is capable of dealing, processing and storing super frozen fishery products here within the country.
